All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, menu items, and offers may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.

Payment is made via Cash on Delivery. Please have the correct amount ready at the time of delivery.

Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy, including serviceable areas, estimated times, and delivery charges. Estimated delivery times are guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Once an order has entered preparation, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Be available and reachable to receive your order.
• Use our service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

All content on our website and app — including our name, logo, images, menu descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Grill Bucket and may not be used without our permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Grill Bucket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including in relation to food safety.
